Requirements Update: ErP and REACH

SGS would like to hold a seminar about the latest updates on Erp and REACH, which are the key requirements for electrical and electronic products get into European market. For Erp, an introduction of Directive 2009/125/EC and ErP labeling Directive 2010/30/EU will be included; we will also share with you the conformity assessment and Ecodesign requirements/ Implementing Measures.

The second part of this seminar will be focused on the recent update on REACH requirements. In this session, we are going to introduce the update of candidate list (138 SVHC) which was just confirmed on 17 December 2012. Besides, due to a number of amendments have been made to Annex XVII regarding the restriction on the manufacture, placing on the market and use of certain dangerous substances, mixtures and articles in these years, our technical experts will provide you updates on these news as well.
