Background
On 9 August 2019, CENELEC issued three revised standards for EN 60335-1:2012, which had adopted the revised editions of IEC 60335-1:2010 in 2013 & 2016. Special requirements were added to better align with IEC 60335-1: 2010 while component standard requirements were updated to the latest version. Manufacturers will need to comply with these requirements by 30 July 2021
