SGS is appointed by the EPD to deliver “Briefing on Recyclable Quantity Achievement (RQA) under ESP and SSP II of the Recycling Fund”
SGS is appointed by the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) to deliver “Briefing on Recyclable Quantity Achievement (RQA) under ESP and SSP II of the Recycling Fund” to the recognized auditing firms.
In 4 July 2016, the auditor of SGS is the tutor of “Recyclable Quantity Achievement (RQA) under Enterprise Support Programme (ESP) and Small-scale Standard Project Type II (SSP II) of the Recycling Fund Briefing”. We are honored to be appointed by EPD to deliver this briefing. During the briefing, our Product Manager shared the audit requirement, audit process, audit mechanism, the responsibilities of the auditing firms and grantees as well as case study with the recognized auditing firms of RQA by Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC).
To promote the recovery and recycling of waste into useful resources and products by facilitating the upgrading of operational capabilities and efficiency in the recycling industry to support its sustainable development, EPD launched the Recycling Fund on October 2015. Engaged by EPD, SGS had developed the requirements and relevant guidelines for verifying the throughput and relevant requirements committed through ESP and SSP II under the Fund. So, we feel honored that we are engaged by EPD again to coach the recycling industry to conduct the audits.
