Potential risks of specific food products

CNY items like Poon Choi has complicated production procedures and relatively short in shelf life; improper hygienic practice will lead to food poisoning easily. The quality of raw material is critical as well. There has been reported case for prohibited food additives such as RED 2G in Chinese sausage and red melon seed.
