SLCP (Social and Labor Convergence Project) provides an effective Converged Assessment Framework that aims to avoid repetition and reduce the number of social labor audits and to improve working conditions in global apparel and footwear factories, by replacing the current proprietary assessment tools.
SLCP was issued in 2016 and put in trial operation in 2018. Up to now, SLCP has over 200 signatories, including brands, retailers, factories, agents and audit firms. SGS will hold a SLCP seminar to help enterprises understand the relevant information and improve their supply chain management.

Cherry is responsible for supply chain audit programs management. She is an active auditor and trainer against internationally recognized schemes and organizations. She has more than 10 years of experience in professional auditing, training and consulting with focuses on social compliance. She conducted over 500 social audits in China and delivered training courses in different industries with expertise on labour law interpretation and auditing.
