Business sustainability requires strategic management focuses on corporate vision, which is crucial to your long-term business success and building viable and profitable business model. For SME to achieve sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is now increasingly adopted by companies in developed nations as part of the indispensable long-term business strategy.
The fundamental idea of business sustainability is that enterprises which are responsible to their stakeholder groups in the process of doing business are more likely to sustain their business operations. There is growing evidence that companies which are proactive in CSR are more likely to build a positive image, nurture high employee commitment and customer loyalty, reduce cost and risk, and facilitate innovations.
