How can you reduce risk and promote occupational health and safety? SGS is pleased to invite you to attend our seminar on ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems. You will learn about the fundamental concepts of ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems and what are the key differences with OHSAS 18001.
An Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&SMS) is a fundamental part of an organization's risk management strategy. The new ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OH&SMS) promotes a safe and healthy working environment to:
- Reduce occupational health and safety risk
- Prevent work-related incidents
- Improve legislative compliance
ISO 45001:2018 replaces OHSAS 18001:2007 as the globally recognized occupational health and safety management system certification standard. While it is similar to OHSAS 18001, the new ISO 45001 standard adopts the Annex SL high-level framework of all new and revised ISO management system standards.
In addition, organizations that are certified to OHSAS 18001:2007 shall start the migration to ISO 45001:2018 before the deadline of March 12, 2021. You are therefore recommended to be prepared sooner for the migration in order to suit your business needs.
The seminar is divided into 2 sessions in order to better suit your needs. You must indicate which session(s) you would like to attend during the online enrolment.
