In today’s ever-changing business world, it is not a surprise for everyone to have such an experience in our daily encounters:
- having a very hectic schedule of meetings with clients/customers, colleagues and seniors from dawn to night;
- travelling around the world to make a business deal successful without any holiday break;
- sitting long with tablets/desktop to keep on texting suppliers/vendors or drafting the proposal for a new project.
Keeping a business running day by day may sometimes make us feel very tired, lack of energy. Somehow, to a certain extent, feeling lost in life may drive us eager to make a change.
Following the prevailing notion of “ensuring healthy lives and promote wellbeing for all at all ages” upheld by the United Nations, SGS is now in collaboration with the World Institute of Sustainable Development Planners of UNESCO Hong Kong Association to initially organize a seminar for “Wellbeing for Adversity Tackling”. Throughout the two-hour session, we are in the hope of guiding through the participants to learn and apply the mindset and skills required in the journey to good health and happiness at all times.
