Janet Cheng obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Environmental Management (Lancaster University, UK), Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree (University of London, UK) and a Master degree in Christian Study in Christian Ministry Institute, Hong Kong.
Janet has more than 15 years of experience in professional auditing, training and consulting with focuses on social compliance, environmental monitoring and sustainability, conducting over 300 social and environmental audits in countries covering Hong Kong, China, Myanmar, Thailand, Bangladesh, India and Vietnam, with expertise on labour law interpretation and environmental auditing. Janet has joined SGS Myanmar in 2016, as Consumer & Retail Division Manager, has been strategically establishing and overseeing consumer product testing, inspection, audit business, actively opened up and penetrated the local market with her professional knowledge and experience.
