It's time to equip the post 80's managers to be a High Energetic Achiever (HEA) manager and be more professional.
The "HEA! Management Style" is designed for the characteristics of post 80’s managers to manage the new generation work force. All it does is to help new managers to stay focused on the key issues and deliver the results in this challenging time.
The course consists of 2 parts and emphasizes on:
- "Working smart not working hard!",
- "Do less for more" and the
- "80/20" philosophy (不做多餘嘢！).
