Nowadays, managing new generation become a hot topic in management point of view, on and on we heard comments about new generation and it become a very challenging job to work with them. However, Peter Drucker, the guru of management, did give us some insight from his management theory for managing the new generation- knowledge worker approach. In this seminar, our speaker Stephen Lee, president of Peter Drucker academy HK, will share why new generation is a knowledge worker generation and what management approach can inspired by Peter Drucker to motivate and manage them.
