Maine, USA, Revises Proposal For Designating PFOS as a Priority Chemical For Reporting

The US state of Maine is reposting a revised proposal to designate PFOS as a priority chemical for reporting requirements. If approved, intentionally added PFOS is required to be reported within 180 days after the effective date of the final rule.
