Certification Complaints, Appeals and Disputes

SGS can handle EPA product certification complaints, appeals and disputes raised by the certificate holder, legal authority or other interested parties, in relation to the services we provide. Termination, Reduction, Suspension or Withdrawal of Certification

When a nonconformity with certification requirements is substantiated, as a result of surveillance or otherwise, SGS shall review the facts and decide on the appropriate action.
